Day 1: Hello Bali!

We arrived at the Denpasar airport around 10.45 in the morning. Upon arrival, we met one of the travel representatives from Red Apple who was the agent in Bali. The representative greeted us, led us to the cab where the driver was waiting for us.

Soon we were on our way to the prebooked Hotel Rama Beach Resort & Villas. It was a great property and post finishing the check-in process, we rested for a while and spent the day at leisure.

Day 2: Full Day Tour Of Kintamani Volcano & Ubud Area

The second day of our honeymoon trip to Bali was dedicated to local sightseeing in Ubud and a full day tour of the popular Kintamani Volcano. Hence, we woke up a bit early in the morning, relished a delicious breakfast, and started our day for a day full of fun and thrill.

Our first stop was the tour of the rice terraces. It was a great learning experience for both of us to know about the traditional Balinese irrigation system while enjoying the breathtaking views of the rice paddies. We also fun enjoying on the swing at the terrace farm.

Next up was the tea and coffee tasting tour at the lush and refreshing coffee plantations that offer scenic views of the paddy fields. In fact, the flavors of tea and coffee were so varied, that it was difficult for us to decide which one was the best as all of them were brilliant.

Later, we went to the most thrilling Monkey forest in Ubud and to our surprise, the monkeys in Bali were so friendly and totally harmless. Post interacting with the lush wildlife of Monkey Forest, we also indulged in some retail therapy while shopping at the Ubud Art & Handicrafts shops.

Saving the best for the last was our tour to the Kintamani volcano. We passed through the Kintamani village and reached the point from where we could relish some breathtaking views of Mount Batur which happens to be one of the most active volcanoes in Indonesia. As expected, it turned out to be one of the best experiences of our honeymoon trip to Bali.

Day 3: Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Banana Boat Ride, & Much More!

The third day of our Bali honeymoon was the best according to us as it was dedicated to some enthralling experiences. Right from the thrilling watersports to the mesmerizing sunset, our travel agent had planned the day’s activities pretty well.

Post breakfast, we were taken to the Tanjung Benoa beach at Nusa Dua for a half day tour of the Benoa Beach in South Bali. One round of four respective watersports were included in our package and we enjoyed all of them thoroughly.

While banana boat ride was exceptionally thrilling, the other watersports of jet skiing, snorkeling, and parasailing were equally high-on-adrenaline. Though parasailing turned out to be the best of all experiences, we’d still recommend all the four watersports to all the honeymooners.

Later we returned to the hotel, freshened up, and geared up for the most awaited sunset Tanah Lot tour. Considered to be one of the most splendid temples in Bali, we were totally thrilled to witness such a dramatic sunset against the background of the temple and it was one of the best ways to end the day on such a romantic note.

Day 4: A Day Full Of Drinks, Dance, And Dreamland Beach!

The next day which was the fourth day of our honeymoon trip to Bali, we were all excited to explore the Dreamland beach followed by the Pandawa beach. For those who’re looking for all the peace and quiet in the world, must visit this island once in their lifetime.

The crashing waves, cool breeze, and the entire surrounding was totally romantic to spend some quality time with each other as we walked along the shores. Later in the day, we went back to the hotel and got ready for the traditional Kecak Dance which is performed religiously at the time of the sunset.

Day 5: Shopping, Sunset, Sailing, And More

The first half of the second-last day of our honeymoon trip to Bali was dedicated to some serious shopping. We went to the local markets and shopped for some traditional handicrafts and souvenirs for our friends and family.

On returning to the hotel, we relaxed for a while at property and revived ourselves for the dinner cruise in the evening. As the evening approached, we could literally feel the city coming alive as the dusk settled in.

We were taken to the port from where we stepped aboard the dinner cruise ship by Bounty Cruise for a floating yet romantic night. It indeed turned out to be a great night wherein everything from food to live entertainment, and from the romantic sunset to the dance party was incredible.

Day 6: Bidding Adieu To The Breathtaking Bali

On the sixth day, we woke up with the sense of nostalgia as our honeymoon trip to Bali had come to an end. We went for breakfast, finished the check-out process, bid a final goodbye to the friendly staff, and soon we were on our way to the airport. While the incredibly blissful moments had left us totally enchanted, we finally kissed goodbye to beautiful Bali and were set on a safe journey back home!
