“Our honeymoon in Bali was heavenly. Filled with memorable moments and once in a lifetime experiences, it was something that will go on with us till the end of times.”
Bali is one of those destinations that has a perfect blend of nature, culture, and adventure. Naturally my wife and I wanted to experience it all on our most special holiday.
All that was left was a suitable Bali honeymoon package and that too was sorted when we came across TravelTriangle on Google search. We liked how TravelTriangle offered customization options when it came to travel packages and decided to go with them. Additionally, one of our friends also recommended this online travel portal and after that there was no second thoughts. We raised a request on their website and soon got a call back from them.
The travel representative from TravelTriangle, Saket, understood our requirements and further connected us to their specialized travel agents on board who then began sending us custom made itineraries and quotes as per our travel needs. Long story short, we soon finalized on a quote from their agent “Goin’ My Way” and were now completely sorted with our honeymoon preparations.

Day 1: Bali was a paradise at first glance!
Finally the big day was here, it was February 14th, the Valentine’s Day, and we had boarded our flight to Bali. To make the whole occasion more special, I gifted my wife a diamond pendent on the flight and she was totally ecstatic! The look in her eyes meant everything to me!
We reached Bali at around 12 pm the same day and were greeted by our driver and guide at the airport who by the way was very sweet and would become a great friend of ours during the trip. He transferred us to our hotel where we were welcomed with drinks and cold towels. After resting for a while at the hotel, we were picked up by the driver in the evening for the Sunset Dinner Cruise by Bounty Cruise.
The Sunset Dinner Cruise was amazing! It was a night of floating entertainment. There was an international buffet arranged for us along with music and many performances for entertainment. Seeing the sky turn azure and then black with my partner was a surreal experience and we loved the whole romantic vibe on the cruise.

There was a DJ on board and after enjoying some music, we proceeded on to watch various shows like Cabaret, Fire Show, Balinese Dance, and many more. Overall, the whole experience was splendid and I loved everything in the sweet company of my wife.
Day 2: The enchanting Kintamani tour and Monkey Forest tour in Bali
This was a beautiful day for us since we did both the Kintamani tour and the Monkey forest tour.
Kintamani Tour: After we were done with our breakfast, we proceeded on for an excursion to the famous Kintamani Volcano. On our way, we visited the beautiful artistic villages of Batubalan (famous for hand weaving and Batik art), Mas Village (wood carving), and finally Celuk Village (famous for gold and silver works). These were phenomenal experiences we loved how nature and art were totally in sync with each other here.
Continuing our journey, we reached the mount and reached Kintamani village and its famous Lake Batur where we saw some spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding green areas. We had our lunch here in the background of the inactive volcano and it truly refreshing experience.
Our tour ended at Ubud but from here we began another tour namely – the Monkey forest tour.
Monkey Forest Tour: The Ubud Monkey Forest lies in Padangtegal village and is considered an important place that holds spiritual, educational, economic and conservation importance for the village and the locals.
We loved the whole natural charm of the forest and the friendly monkeys on which it is named. Apart from this, there were many species of trees and other animals in this 12.5 hectare natural marvel. Needless to say, the whole experience was pretty fascinating!
Day 3: Having the time of our lives doing water sports at Benoa Beach
Today was a day of adventure for us. We went to the Benoa Beach that lies to the south of Bali and is famous for water activities and sports (Bayu Suta Watersport). Far away from crowd, this beach was beautiful and had many restaurants and shacks lined up on its shore for visitors.

We indulged in Banana boat ride and jet ski ride among many others. Overall, it was an adventurous day for us post which we returned to the comforts of our hotel.
Day 4: Good times at the private pool villa
We were transferred to the Jas Boutique Villa today. This was a very well maintained villa with excellent service and a private pool. After resting for a while at this beautiful villa, we proceeded on for a 2 hour Spa session at the Lavender SPA. It was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience for us.
Post this we went for the Uluwatu temple tour. The temple located on the edge of a cliff was magnificent and the Kecak Dance performance that we saw here was even better and dramatic than expected. This dance performance depicting scenes from Ramayana looked even more beautiful in the background of the sunset and by the end of it, we were completely amazed by it.
Our candle light dinner was organized at a place called The Ocean Cafe in the Jimbaran area however unfortunately for us, it wasn’t a great experience.
