1. Singapore Zoo- Get Fascinated

One of the major highlights of our family trip to Singapore was visiting Singapore Zoo. The experience was exciting and our son loved it. We were fascinated by looking at such a wide variety of animals and our son was so excited. Known as the world’s best rainforest zoo features more than 300 types of animals including reptiles, birds and mammals.

2. Marina Bay- Explore

This was our favourite experience from our trip to Singapore with kids. The cool destination is all about fun and having a good time. From what it was to what it has become is nothing less than a miracle. Witnessing the architectural masterpieces dotting the skyline and getting a glimpse of the place boasting of the new city life this was an experience that was the best one in Singapore.

3. Universal Studios- Visit

We also visited the exciting Hollywood based theme park, Universal Studios. Our son was really happy and as we said we took this trip especially for him, so we felt great. Featuring the world’s tallest pair of duelling roller coasters, ‘Battlestar Galactica’ ‘Far Far Away Castle’- a castle from the world of Shrek, Universal Studios was really enjoyable.

Our Hotels In Singapore

We stayed at the Ramada and the property was very fine. With a great location and excellent services the hotel was not just a place to stay at but also gave very home like vibes. To be honest, we felt the vibrant energy of the beautiful city even when we were at the hotel. With all the modern amenities, a special hotel-by-park experience and picturesque views from the room, the hotel was wonderful. Also featuring a shopping centre and a mall within its premises, the hotel was a delight to stay at.

Food In Singapore

A paradise for non-vegetarians, Singapore is a great place for food lovers. However we are vegetarians and it was slightly difficult for us. But it was not much of a problem since Ramada’s in house restaurant was great and when we wanted to try out something different we had to research a bit and those restaurants were far from where we were but when we had the food it was so delicious that we forgot everything and felt it was all worth it.

Shopping In Singapore

Shopping in Singapore was a great experience. We did feel that the malls were slightly expensive but we visited Orchard Street and absolutely loved it. From what it was in the 1830s, an unnamed road that was home to fruit orchards to what it is now, offering an amazing shopping experience, this place has come a long way. We visited many shopping complexes and fashion stores.
