Toa Payoh is a matured residential town and planning area in the northern part of the Central Region of Singapore. The planning area borders places including Bishan and Serangoon on its north, the Central Water Catchment on its northwest, Kallang on its south, Geylang on its southeast, Novena on its west and Hougang on its east.
